Most girls are working hard in a gym, but they are doing the wrong workouts for a pageant win.  Give your muscles the memory for ling and lean versus bulky.

Know Your Body

Every body is different and your genetics are your genetics. Identify your strong and weak spots and focus on the areas that need the most work, early.

You Can Be Too Thin

There are three parts to a workout–cardio, toning and stretching. Balance the three.  If you’re only focused on being skinny, it’ll show.  You want to be the best version of yourself and your muscles need some good loving–proper rest, recovery and maintenance in order to rock the stage.
